This section defines the procedures for the issuance, revalidation and renewal of Air Traffic Controller License (ATCL) and endorsement of Air Traffic Controll (ATC) ratings of Air Traffic Controllers of the ATS provider(s)under the framework of Civil Aviation Rules (CARs) for provision of ATS in Pakistan.

Furthermore, Oral assessment is mandatory requirement for renewal of personnel licenses. Candidates requiring oral assessment are to be assessed on PCAA form available on PCAA Website.

Note:The ANO’s on PCAA’s Website are controlled document, when downloaded and copied the document will be considered as Uncontrolled Copy. All persons intending to work in the fields as listed below should strictly comply with their respective ANO’s.
